No less than six wire brackets are included in the Cogage Arrow kit. Two of them are designed to work with 140mm fans as well.
You simple insert the wire brackets into the little wholes and secure the fan. Optionally you can use little rubber anti-vibration trips to prevent the fans from making that resonating noise.
The CPU block is made out of pure copper, with a nickel coating. The Arrow does not have a mirror finish, though it's very flat.
