Final words and conclusion

The Verdict

The BitFenix Pandora a lovely little chassis within the range of small and tiny stuffs that get your freak'on. Small form-factors are getting trendy fast and as such this product will make a lot of sense especially since you can house heavy duty performing gear in it. Overall a good chassis, decent space, reasonable cable routing options. The metal feels somewhat thin here and there but I really do not have any big complains looking back at this product review. 

Features

The chassis overall is very nice to look at, the LCD screen with programmable logo makes it special in combo with the slim design. Obviously taste differs per person, some might find this chassis sick while other look at it and start to feel sick :) 

Nice feature are the aluminum side panels. These do scratch and get finger-prints more quickly though, so be a bit careful with that. On the other end, aluminum panels help with cooling a little as well, as the material conducts heat pretty good. Another plus of the small form factor chassis is that you can actually house a 240mm radiator, now as shown it is a tight fit ... but it is a fit and that gives you the option to build a high-end rig with even some overclocking at hand.  You also can mount two large graphics cards of up-to roughly 350 mm again a nice plus. In fact i have see a Radeon R9 295x2 mounted in this baby, with the 120mm rad mounted at the top and a 240 rad mounted in the front, you are good to go. Obviously we like the big mainboard tray cutout for CPU cooler which is the norm / standard these days with most chassis. Behind the motherboard you'll get decent but not great space for cable management. Inside there is space enough to work in but you can mount only a small number of storage units. Then again, a nice SSD and a TB HDD would be plenty for most of you right ?

Any concerns then ? Nope, at least not big ones, however the chassis however is on the pricey side of things. Roughly 120 EURO will be the price to pay for the see-through side panel model. It does include that fun logo LCD display of course. The other nag and I mentioned this will be cable routing, it'll work but it's not a lot room TBH. But given the form factor we work with here, I can't really blame BitFenix.
 

Final Words

We feel that the BitFenix Pandora hits a soft-spot in the high-end space of PC gaming, it is priced just above the competition and that is a little steep. While 120 EURO certainly is not a bad deal for what you are receiving I do feel it is a lot for this form factor. But hey, if you wanna build a high-end rig with expensive graphics cards and house it into something nice looking ? Well, then the Pandora should be on your short-list as it does exactly that. Realistically 90% of this chassis is about the looks. As such it offers reasonable value for money, but the petite looks might easily weigh out the price-tag for you. In short, the BitFenix Pandora is definitely recommended by Guru3D.com
