Actually, TSMC doesn't have any capacity to spare. Even governments are now begging TSMC to do something about the automotive chip shortage. TSMC has promised to see what it can do, but doesn't particularly promise any results. So, no, you can't say there wouldn't be any problems on the actual CPU/GPU chip production side.
let's be clear what i was talking about was the overall capacity at all nodes. right now, because money talks, there are finishing touches being made on improved process 7n fabs (2 but larger than other 7n fabs combined), but far more energy is being spent @ 5n which is (depending on order) 18-30% more profitable and teasers for advanced 3n production (being built now) are already been put to market. this does not come close to getting around the larger and more basic problem of supply from other vendors in related industries without the deep pockets and production capabilities of either TSMC or Samsung. and one should also note far greater supply of ryzen 5000 in the market now, despite price gouging. AMD knew the cpu's were backwards compatible and did not wait for matching levels of x570 chipsets. this point is especially important because it's a straight line from TSMC to the market without AIB's and their issues. like gddr6
