I had one Xiaomi phone a few years ago, and it was bonkers, the amount of bloatware and spyware that thing had. Good thing I got rid of it. I can only imagine how much crap these new phones of theirs have. I wonder if ABD can even clean up all that crap, or if it's completely locked.

Been using Xiaomi for years, like it better than Samsung. Thing to to do is unlock the bootloader and install a bloat-free custom ROM (for qualcom/snapdragon devices). https://xiaomi.eu/community/forums/miui-14.222/

I sold my Xiaomi 12 a few months ago and bought a Pixel 7a thinking it would be better, I fully regret the decision. My Pixel 7a's NFC fails a couple of times a week and a reboot of the phone is the only fix, it crashes, lags, chokes, awful phone! I bought the Xiaomi 13T Pro on release day and I have it in my hands today, too early to tell but it's great so far, this also got the September security update before my Pixel 7a...

I quite like xiaomi phones. Great hardware and easy enough to tweak features and rom. The only downside is they got rid of the micro sd card slot, like most other manufacturers 🙁
