Create the folder C:\RS4 (the name does not actually matter, its just to make things simple) Download both files and place them in C:\RS4. Launch cmd.exe as admin and enter the following command: C:\RS4\MediaCreationTool.exe /Selfhost From there the media creation tool will work as it always does letting you upgrade your install, download the ISO or make a install flash drive. FYI index 1 and 6 are Home and Pro if you want to extract just those from the esd file.

I hope that broken (unsupported) Hotspot on some chips gets fixed
