Those 3D scenes with the chrome and glass ball, GFX card and glass box without RTX look very simple, they can do way better for years. I'll wait for the benchmarks.

I'm getting worried by some of his statements so far. Seems like RTX will need to be always online to access the Artificial neural net that it'll need for learning AI stuff. Maybe i'm wrong but that's what it sounds like.

Yeah, I'm tapping out on the price. I was expecting the 2070 to hang around $400-450. If it's much above that no way. My 970 doesn't suck that much yet. I get they made a big jump in performance, but my wallet won't jump with them.

These prices are appalling, but no surprise at all. In Canada, the GTX 2080 Ti will end up costing us 1700 Canadian with taxes, and the GTX 2080 will cost almost 1200. They have increased the prices in the product stack up one full tier. The 2070 costs what the 2080 should. The 2080 costs what the 2080 Ti should, and the 2080 Ti costs what the Titan should. So disappointing, and just a complete slap in the face to gamers. Good luck with selling those, Nvidia.

:( omg ! The 2080 Ti is $1,200US Dolllars 😱 , too expensive ( I paid $695US for my 1080Ti ). For me will end up around $1,350US Dollars after taxes and shipping 😕. I do not know if it;s even worth it at those insane prices ...
