I wonder how hard it is to curve the side signal connectors inwards completely, to reduce the need of a bezel to just the width of the covering plastic ( 1mm? ). Yes, it would be fragile as hell, but also making multi-monitor a pleasure to use. Seems that phone manufacturers have figured this out, but on larger screens... nope.
