HBR3 is only enough for 24-bit color 4K@100Hz (3860x2160) with CVT-R2 timings (24 bit * 887 MHz = 21.29 Gbit/s) - 30-bit color (10 bpc) requires 26.61 Gbit/s, so you'd need to decrease the refresh rate to 96/97 Hz. Likewise 4K@120Hz and 4K@144 Hz would only be possible with YCbCr 4:2:2 subsampling which reduces the data rate by one third, 4:2:0 which halves the data rate, or with Display Stream Compression (though it is currently supported by select few monitors).
