Got a brand new 960 Pro with 2TB (and Amazon-bill for waranty) over Ebay for 655 bucks... I prefer to stick with that because of a few reasons: 1. Bigger litography is more robust (my nephew is still using my 256GB Crucial C300 from 2009/10). 2. it has 2TB and not just 1! (don't understand, why toshiba is not maxing out the capacity, when you can stack 96 layers....) 3. I have the feeling, that manufacturers will start to integrate planned obsolescense - so maybe a 970 evo 2TB will fail after 5 yeas and one day - but that's only 'a feeling' or speculation.
