very nice - but why does the cut n' paste specs tout 1080p for gaming? @ $2,300 the 4k price is good, for 1080p where you can count the pixels (esp. 100" and larger) not so much. and if this is 4k 60Hz, it sure as heck tries to disguise it.

DLP "pixels" aren't really noticeable in the same way, DLP chips work unlike any other display tech, this thing is natively 1080p240hz, pixel shifting it along X-Y axis it can become 4k60, but it can also do in-between steps like 1440p120hz, that's what they should be targeting, but I guess marketing team is designing products now, this is like the 10th product offering this, most opt for 4k60 mode even more interesting would be a VRR like approach where it scales resolution/refresh rate dynamically, maybe target 1080p240hz for warzone, 1800p90hz for cyberpunk, 6k24hz for movies, sky is the limit (actually its the HDMI spec, LG HU70LA cant do 1440p120hz or 1080p240hz because its only HDMI 2.0 but HU810P can thanks to HDMI 2.1)
