Guys let's friggin hope that AMD doesn't see this as an excuse to bump prices up themselves for 4000 series.
You'd think something like this could help us the consumers but we all know Intel will fail to drop their flagship cpus costs even when faced with Zen 3.
We still need Intel to be competitive in the next few years or AMD will have a field day with us 🙂 Maybe.

For anyone who wants a search on sales but avoid grey markets or straight shady BS like G2A, there's search engines like isthereanydeal.com. And if the results from those search sites don't agree with you, you can always pray to the scene. Or you know, play older games which I keep reminding all of us that we all have a backlog of. We're going to have to go back to those when the new GPU prices are revealed and we all vomit in disgust. Up yours Jensen.

I simply wait 5-10 years and buy games for 1-5 bucks during sales.

Seems to me like this has been in place for quite some time. I live in Czech Republic, but my currency is considered to be euro (it isn't) with the highest global price. Even US has it cheaper because they pay the same number, just in USD. That's why almost all of my purchases are from resellers. You can easily save like 10€ and even much more if you are willing to use grey market.
I used to buy almost everything from GMG, because they had me in GBP currency and did proper conversion. So everything was a bit cheaper on top of having their typical discounts. Sadly they changed that too. On steam I buy very little beyond a few DLC packs that were in discount, because it only charges me for the items I don't have.

I bought a bunch of games from kinguin, never had a problem with it.
I just look for a trusty seller and that's it.
The cheapest so far still has to be MKX incl. Season pass, payed 9.99e while on steam it was still 59.99e back then lol

Just reduce the price of games, whole industry needs to do this, they’re just too high and getting more ridiculous.
Especially stupid for single player games that last 10-30 hours and then your done. It’s no wonder people pirate games and try exploit currency options when buying them.
