I can't get a Index or knuckles here in the UK, even if you order it will still say after 4 weeks, "8 weeks delivery time", so i guess they just can't make them quick enough judging by it being no2 in the charts. I could kick myself because i almost had one then i cancelled it and grabbed a Quest 2 because i could get it on launch day, but now i have it, in hindsight i wish i had waited out and got the index, as seeing the edge of the Q2 LCD panel as it cuts of FOV in the headset is just a no no for me, so i wll just have to wait i suppose.

These are the ten top-selling titles on Steam for the week as reported by Valve, interestingly Cyberpunk is still at the number 3 spot in sales: Rust.Valve Index VR Kit.Cyberpunk 2077.Heroes of the Th... Steam Best Selling Games for Week 3 2021
Cyberpunk have lot less bugs on PC than on console, and on console it is not that bad either (lot of AAA are more crappy at launch), only playstation version is hardly touch.

Interesting no numbers are forecasted. Compared to what, though? If a title sold 5000 and the second sold 3780 and the third sold 1175 copies and the rest barely reached over a 100, I guess that qualifies as the best sellers, right? But, what we do know with FACTUAL numbers is, CP2077 went from on Steam concurrent in-game gamers from over a 1M+ gamers and lost around 95% concurrent in-game users to 60K. I wouldn't read too much into that, it's a single player game after all and after a month a lot of people have likely beaten the game and holding off until future updates before picking it up again. I'm almost at the end of my first playthrough and have been playing it only casually/on weekends for the past month. IMO also a big downtick in concurrent players would be expected for any game not specifically targeting teens with free time (like arena/looter-shooter FPS games) since the holidays are over and older people are back to work/school.

You do realize steam is not the only store that sells cyber? GOG has a lot of preorders along with EGS + the 3rd party key sellers that steam and other stores dont report.

I was also ogling the Index, but it still seems like too hefty price (1000€) for a few titles I actually want to play on it, albeit experience there is great. Q2 comparatively seems like far more reasonable choice for "just" $400. But I did notice that Index is permanently sold out, although that could still be relatively low volume of sales.

^^I have a Vive so i don't need the base stations, and i also have the wands so i could grab the Index HMD and then at a later stage grab the knuckles, but first we would have to have either to be in stock. lol The Q2 is ok for the money IF your IPD is 63 on the dot, but if you are above that you start to lose FOV because the lenses of the Q2 actually go off the edge of the LCD panel, so above a IPD of 63 you start to lose that round natural peripheral vision as you can now see the flat edges of the LCD, and the higher your IPD the worse it gets, just awful, and once seen it can't be unseen.
