I hope they look into using a different engine for the next one.

I watched some videos and read some reviews... the main character is profoundly unlikable, at least to me. I'm not even referring to the obnoxious styling that looks more like an Indian pop star slash edgy teen then a guy who was experimented on as a kid, rose through ranks in a SWAT unit, ended up as a security specialist.
There was a huge discount for the game before new year, and I still I wasn't interested at all in buying this

I liked DE:MD (definitely nowhere near as much as HR though), but after reading this I see why I didn't like it more. Basically they butchered the story so they could make a 3rd game, and now that the second didn't do good because of said butchering and several cliffhangers, they abandon the franchise altogether? Great...
I couldn't care less about Marvel Universe and whatever project. Hopefully they will fail there too.

As I remember I loved Human Revolution, but when starting playing Mankind Divided i remember how much i could not stand Adam Jenkins. The man looks like a emotionless emo that sound like hes out of breath every time he talks.

Good, the hacks gonna have more time to produce DE that is not disappointing.

Game was very solid. Great environments, graphics, challenges and areas. But it should've centered around a new character, not more Adam Jensen. His story was done and his character in the second game just seemed tired and uninterested in anything going on.

MD was half a game on purpose. They now pay for it.

I didn't get the game because of how poorly optimized it was, and that it seemed to be trying a little too hard in terms of story. Human Revolution was a fantastic refresh of the series and reminded me a little bit of the premise of X-Men, but with human augmentation instead of mutants. I don't remember the ending but I do remember that it closed up the story nicely.
Square Enix is slowly turning into the new Ubisoft - they have good titles/IP but at this point they're banking on their die-hard fans to keep them going; they're losing touch with why people liked these games so much in the first place.

It had amazing gameplay and some of the best atmosphere I've seen.

Rather they put Final Fantasy on hold till they remeber what final fantasy game is.

I really like Deus EX: Mankind Divided. Adam Jensen doesn't look like an emo to me. He's just.. a really serious character, mature otherwise. I like it.. maybe it's just me.

Open-World Games.....this is what enthusiastic gamers believe in....
Quote: Example: ....what Gabe Newell spoke during his last interview...is another story...
Having the latest rigs ...and playing games not according to taste is another debate...
