I have always wished ARM devices would get more RAM, but 12GB is overkill for mobile. I guess if it doesn't hurt price too much, then there's not really a reason to complain, but if it does, I'd rather have less RAM for a lower price. However, I will be very interested to see what happens with the new ODROIDs, if they happen to take advantage of this.
