There hasn't been much of a need for extra low-end models because most iGPUs these days offer better performance with less noise and a lower cost. You can get decently powerful CPUs with iGPUs these days, like the 12900K.
Have you looked into low-end workstation GPUs? Those tend to have 3+ outputs, are relatively cheap, and are often passively cooled.

@Sentenced so AMD is a trash company because of a bad product ? So pretty much any company more than 10 years old in the technology market is pretty much a trash company by that logic!
