Not sure why anyone would go for this over the faster 5700XT at same price. Nvidia may have to knock off $30-40 for it to sell.

Yeah, 5700XT is a little faster than this card according to the gaming charts in this article, but we can't forget about people who already have a Gsync screen or want to use a little bit of ray tracing & DLSS. They gotta charge a little bit of a premium for those features, so praps the pricing is ok in comparison to 5700XT then - should be the same price or just a little more expensive than the 5700XT in that case then.

5700xt 2.1ghz (every aib version capable) is at 2070S level of performance. So its quite a bit faster.

In here it's 50/50 RX 5700 (sapphire): 399,95 Euro This card : 424,94 Euro RX 5700 XT (sapphire): 449,95 Euro I would get the RX 5700 XT for gaming despite the higher price... But i don't need it 😉 Very nice review Hilbert, but i don't understand why they put triple slot cooler on a mainstream GPU... It won't make it high end card anyway.

They are all too expensive. I got my (somewhat overclockable) 2060 non super for 315 EUR (including VAT) at a 15% discount. That was a more fitting price. Unfortunately I noticed that I might need more GPU power for what I use regularly.

The founder edition is at the price you have paid yours, even cheaper in some country 🙂

There are no FE 2060 in Germany and the only FE 2070 I found is listed at over 800 EUR (shipping from Amazon UK). The cheapest non Super 2060 are around 330 EUR now (I bought mine in May), the cheapest Super 2060 are over 400 EUR, except one for 390 EUR. Cheapest non Super 2070 is 400 EUR, cheapest 2070 Super is 520 EUR. The non Super 2070 and Super 2060 cost the same, with the 2070 offering more cores and the Super 2060 offering slightly higher stock clock. I think I would rather go for the non Super 2070 then. That being said, it's a 26% price increase over my non Super 2060 for a 10 - 15% performance increase. The 2070 Super costs 30% more than the non Super 2070 and Super 2060 while again offering between 10 - 15% more performance. Diminishing returns at its best.
