is it the feminine thor or the masculine. naming something that represents wishful thinking feminine and weak isnt exactly clever marketing.

I know its a seasonic under the hood which I have in all my PCs but the Asus name just puts me off, anything I have ever had from Asus has been bad

That is the most pleasant looking PSU I've ever seen.

I own one and it is just a high end Seasonic with RoG branding. Mine is the 850w version but it looks identical.
I too aren't a big fan of Asus but this isn't really an issue for me as the only thing that is Asus is the cooling and the skin and even then the cooling might just be a sticker as i've not seen the original Seasonic version inside.

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/phanteks-revolt-x-1200w-80-plus-platinum-modular-power-supply-ca-085-pt.html also made by seasonic especially for dual system cases
I have these in my systems only because I was going to build dual systems in each case then changed my mind

Yeah I have the Asus Rog Thor 850 as well,, just a rebranded Seasonic PSU with a nice display and a temperature controlled fan and a bit of RGB, been running a couple of years now without issue, decent PSU, dunno if it's worth the money for the extra bling but I got it for free so can't complain.

I had the original, i'm so lucky it didn't burn my whole PC with the number of shutdowns and click noises it was making, switched to EVGA and life is good

Without cables, the unit weighs 2.37 kg.

But can it run Crysis (on a 4090)?
