No, I don't think so.

Spending a 500$ on a keyboard is idiotic.

wtf is that price - who would ever pay that for a f'n keyboard??

I know i`m not the target market for this but 500€ for a keyboard!!!??? 😱 Even worse, now youtubers have another example they can use to explain why the PS5 Pro is cheap actually...

Even if it were $100, I wouldn't buy it, because of the weight. For my setup, my keyboard is on my lap, and the board I use for it and my mouse is made of wood. It's heavy enough as-is.

Worst of all, you're not even getting a full keyboard. It's only 75% and missing the num block... so you're basically getting 60% of a normal keyboard for 600% of the price. If you dare... LUL

That's expensive for a membrane keyboard
I know it's not <3
What does "75 percent layout" mean? is it the lack of Numpad ? I'll never ever buy this kind of stuff, but i'll gladly sell a kidney for a 4090.

If I got it right, it means that the buttons are smaller, only 75% of the size of a normal keyboard. As in, for LAN you have an easier time getting it into your backpack etc.

Some asus boi teenager is going to get his parents to buy one for him. 🙂

At least make it look like a $500 keyboard.

@XenthorX I just checked, the keys are not smaller themselves, they just give you less of them (no F keys and no num pad). They save 25% keyboard size that way. I was kind of wrong, sorry.

o.k., disclaimer - using a ROG kb (full size w/ number keys)... but i paid 1/4 the price. and it's solid Armoury Crate ... by itself makes this not only a no, but a Hell No

Armory Crate 😱! While I do appreciate after a windows reinstall that armory crate install all up to date drivers, I instantly uninstall it once it's done.

it's even worse with all the drivers for all ROG products when you have a few. on at least two ROG theme builds i've had to go into the bios (which the app supposedly allows you to avoid) to set fan curves etc... because the app was either kludgy or didn't go to the profile and then you get to have the joy of parsing which updates are actually important vs rgb fluff

I hate all those bloat extra software, there's the same stuff with Lian li for their RGB fans and AIO. The only proper way to change their AIO pump speed is using their "L-connect" software. For their Galahad II performance 360 AIO for instance, the "full speed" pump in bios will give you 3800RPM, while L-Connect allows you to set it up to 4200RPM. Discovered this recently as I started having rattling noise with the pump and started investigating, Lian Li support has been excellent, within 48Hours they were sending me a new unit. Great customer support experience. For Asus I stopped trying to use their Aura software and switched to OpenRGB, there's too many software otherwise. I actually wonder if you still need custom software now that Windows added their own RGB management system, might be worth checking it out further.

I like it. When I think about that "quality" wireless keyboard cost 150e +/- and it's buttons pop off and feels very plastic, design looks cheap, rubber buttons feel cheap and if this yes at an outrageous price but does not feel like an expensive turd then I would pay the price. Bought Turtle Beach Impact keyboard about 10 years ago, now that's what a quality is and I would still use it if not wife spilling coffee on it. I don't replace mouse and keyboard OR a case every other season like you would with hardware. AND if it was a full size keyboard I would not buy it even for 200 euros because I want more spare space on my desk rather than numpad that I don't need to play games and this is clearly oriented towards /GAMER5/// and if you are a professional who works with the PC for the most part this would look bloody childish regardless of the numpad.

ROG kb's are quality my ROG Strix flare (at the normal price range) may have a plastic shell, but i had mine whacked quite hard across my back by my late uncle when he had dementia. he was jealous of the time spent that wasn't w/ him. and i didn't have to replace anything. the flip out rear foot had to be clipped back in but that's it and it's the same price as Corsair, Razer, SteelSeries et al.

Undying:

Almost the cost of a PS5 Pro 😀
