How is there enough bandwidth for all of that on a x4 card? Seems like this should be at least x8, and even then, you couldn't put it under 100% load.

PCIe 3.0 x1 is enough for 2.5gbits network (it has 5.0 gbits internal) not sure why they have two lanes for each...? This seems like a very specialized gear... not sure for what.
