I bought my RTX 2060 (Asus Dual) at a discount for 315 EUR, including VAT and one game. I mostly run it in cool (downclocked) mode, but can overclock it to around +145 MHz.

Even though i would recommend waiting for super and navi reviews that was a good deal for 2060.

Yes, I bought it one month ago. A Vega 56 would not have been much more expensive, though, and now you get them for 255 EUR and a Vega 64 for 312 EUR. A RTX 2070 would have cost about 100 EUR more, but I didn't think that 10-20% higher peak performance would be worth that money. That was before I started using Topaz AI plugins, which already run reasonably fast on the (overclocked) 2060, though.

The RTX 2080 needed this boost the most the gap between the vanilla 2080 and the Ti version felt like it was far large and prices I feel like they're trying to keep make the crypto prices the norm.

Yay for 8GB 2060 but it's priced higher...all these SUPER marketing is as expected...super not impressive.

RTX 2060 Super dumb card. No need for it. They could have just kept the 2070 at a lower price. A bit more marketable as a 2070 than a 2060 super.

Now now Nvidia doesn't want to give you the idea that the x70 series could slip into such affordable price territories again, would they? Can't sell the RTX 3070 for $699 so easily then.

Yeah but no improved 2080ti at lower price. A Titan is more likely to emerge but at the price they will push, not a chance. They could have enticed me to buy a new card last year, it looks like they wont even manage this year! They will miss a lot of sales.

Would I be able to run SLI with an RTX 2070 super and EVGA RTX 2070 XC ultra?
That wouldn't make sense. We don't have the official stats of the super cards to my knowledge, but to my knowledge, they are different GPUs, not just a bump up in speed, but a change cores among other things. So i'm going to go with a solid no.

Anyone who owns an RTX card will skip this useless launch. We should have Ampere announced in August and probably RTX 30 series cards in March or April. 7nm EUV with likely 16GB memory at 16Gbit? Iā€™m thinking 6000 or so cores for Ti.
I would be very surprised to see much over 5000 shaders, They will probably beef up other parts of the silicon to improve RTX. Die shrinks are getting too dense to just keep cramming more cores in

"Super" expensive?? I don't think these will be priced this high, though I could be wrong.

There is nothing to entice 1080ti owners though. A sidestep in performance or a huge outlay is not on the cards.

Has there been any confirmation that there will be a 2080 Ti Super?
