I imagine to get that fictional certification they would need a wired gigabit backbone between nodes. I can only imagine how badly GeForce Now would work on a Wi-Fi only mesh network - the packet loss alone would kill any chance of getting a decent stream, let alone the horrendous latency.

streamed 1440p with geforce now/Shadowplay regularly over the last couple months for roughly 2hours sessions over 5Ghz wifi, no problem.

right here, right now Google is selling mesh routers and has a game streaming platform (featuring Assassin's Creed Origin) in selected markets (to minimize latency).
the Google mesh router is dirt cheap...to further sales...Nvidia doesn't have that kind of cash, so they're going for marketing fees from router manufacturers.
