For a 6800 XT, perhaps. But there are other RDNA2 cards with much higher clock speeds. For example the 6500 XT boosts to 2815 MHz.

What really frustrates me is that the 6500xt isnt really faster then my RX 570 8GB since my motherboard is a B450 itx and doesnt have PCIE 4.0. I was hoping it would be Vega 56/64 RX 5600xt performance. And I would upgrade to it. But Im gonna just trade 16GB of DDR4 3000 Vengance RGB Pro 3000 CL15 and RX 570 8GB to my friend to get my Vega 56 back. He is on a RTX 2060 super now.

GPU market is pure bubble . It will burst like a supernova. Once the "sale" starts , you won't catch up with price falls . I wouldn't be suprised if prices fall below MSRP alot.

This is a joke. Got some honey mail saying Geforce 3080 founder has dropped its price and I am saying $1900. Its only $1799. There was one on Newegg for I think 1600. ARE YOU NUTS! I PRAISE GOD got my 3080 for msrp when they 1st came out. This is so sad for everyone else. HAHA just sold some graphic cards from 2017.. set real low price yet they sold for more then I paid for them.

In this day and age, nobody, and I do mean 'NOBODY' is gonna throw away any functioning GPU. No sirree, it'd be an expensive mistake 'coz replacing it ain't gonna be cheap. What's so special about this MSI RX 6800 XT, sure an 'improved' cooler, but no higher binned core, better memory, etc....ain't nuthin' special about it. Besides, when it comes to AMD GPU, it Sapphire, PowerColor or XFX, or nothing at all!!!

Another move to increase the MSRP , thats it . Same product higher price. Please , for RX6800/XT owners , know how much You can actual overclock the card without any risk . 10% perf is just two clicks , and 15-20% is available with correct undervolting (not over volting)
