At that price, you might get yourself a nice laptop.

Why would they do that? The thing is going to run everything it needs to run. It's not for playing games. An HD4000 is more than sufficient to run HD video, office applications, and anything that can run in a browser.
My old 6800 Ultra is more powerful :P
