how can they claim pass a 2.5 Million-hour MTBF? or i miss taken what written in article ? *2.5million hours = 285.198882 years

I believe MTFB data is derived from testing on a large amount of drives from which they extrapolate some sort of 'guesstimate'. Personally I think MTFB is useless in terms of determining actual drive reliability. It just shows that large statistical examples may fare better in testing than other rival brands.
