Congrats on winning, and the Titanfall series are my favourite games! For me the highlights of this rig are the bullet holes in the back panel and the seperate white & orange reservoirs that somehow remind me of some kind of a charging system or maybe the hydraulics of a titan!

Very cool, one of the best ROTMs in a while. Though, I feel like this is begging for another GPU - so much room for activities next to the other one! Might as well considering how you have 2 massive reservoirs.

I was wondering this too. I figured he took 2 acrylic panels, used a CNC machine to create the channels on each side, did a lot of polishing. Since the liquid is opaque, he probably didn't have to make it perfect, as it would fill in the imperfections anyway.
As another option, perhaps he just took 1 acrylic panel and cut the channels all the way through. Then used some laminate to hold the now 3 separate pieces together, where the gaps in between is where the liquid flows. With the the rigidity and funky shape of the case, the 3 pieces should hold together just fine.
It isn't totally hidden. If you haven't noticed, the motherboard is rotated 90 degrees. The IO ports are at the top of the tower, and there's a pretty thick buffer between the top of the chassis and the motherboard. It's hard to tell because the chassis is a lot bigger than it appears in the photos. Here's the photo of the top, where you can sort of see the IO, or at least how deep it goes:
