Rules are there for a reason if you cba to read it & do as instructed why should your entry be valid.
True. That's a valid point, so I guess it's up to HH.
is it ok to apply for each prize? not sure if it means just one entry per prize or one entry in total for all contests
I'm not exactly sure either, but I've been doing the hunt and sending one email to each of the different contest addresses. I hope that isn't the wrong way and ends up disqualifying lots of people.

Give it to someone who is truly going to use it and truly NEEDS a gpu upgrade. I actually NEED a gpu upgrade. Rly annoys me to see people with top end gpu's entering.
Having a "top end gpu" doesn't mean we don't need another one. Some of us are more active on the site folding team than we are in gaming. My 7950, for example, needs to be retired. That means a new gpu is needed to fold on. In reality, those of us on the folding team would put that 290X to better use than you would.

It's kinda unfair for the people who searched for this logo the first day. As you can basically wait till all the logos are released and look for all of them at the same time instead of re-searching through every article every time a new logo is released. Much less duplicate searching to just wait till all 8 released. Wish I knew that from the start.
I'll definitely wait it out, it's a pain otherwise. I'm also curious if you need to send a different email for every single giveaway (as in 8 emails?) or you can put all the answers in a single one?

Hah! Good to see that HH has an awesome sense of humor. I suspected something funny for the last contest. I just did the same thing I did every morning. Start on article 1, go through every page one at a time, rinse and repeat. So contest 8 was sort of a surprise but turned up with my brute force method. I would love to win any of the contests, but even if I don't, I think HH, Guru3D and all the companies who donated these parts deserve a HUGE "THANK YOU" and happy 2015!

I only entered 1 of the 8 contests....and it was this one. I've probably got the lowest chance of winning something with only 1 entry. I try to avoid entering contests for products I have no real use for so I don't risk screwing someone else over that might actually need the item.

I can not wait to go back to AMD. Love to have an 8GB card to play with.Two,Three would be awesome. Also if I do not win,I am willing to trade two 970 GTX gigabyte G1 cards for some R9 290X cards.Nvidia sucks LOL

You won the graphics card?
Well to be honest,Crossfire worked better in games I play.Simple as that.I tried 980 sli/970sli crossfire was /is better.
I've never tried CFX, but I've had no issues with SLI that couldn't be fixed by changing 1 or 2 settings in the nV control panel.
