Interesting, Looks like I will be un-rooting my Nexus 7 (Only had it for 2 weeks!) ready for the upgrade on Friday. Woot Woot!

Im still using 2.3.4 and I won't change it until they increase the battery life a lot.
Turn apps off wifi/data off when not using them = days of battery life :P .

I'm not sure what you mean by this. I mean, obviously, better battery life is good, but a lot of this has to do with how you use the phone, and what phone you have. For instance, if you want to have a phone with amazing battery life, get the Galaxy S5 and whenever you're not using it and only waiting to receive calls/text messages, turn on "Ultra power saving mode"...can't really get much better with an android phone then what you get with "Ultra power saving mode" 10% battery life will last a day in that mode (i've tested and it seems to be correct on what samsung says) HTC One M8 has Extreme Power Saving Mode to compete, not sure how well it does

I use 2% battery in about 12hrs when stamina and low battery is activated.. Nice part is, i can set battery levels to define when they kick in, so no need to manually turn on/off.... Xperia Z2..

Strange Based on Google I/O I thought the material UI was very complete, but even based on these few images its quite much half experience. Don't know anymore if I want to switch to Android now. Need to see more proof its not a total mess anymore.

I'm interested to see if Art will make a big difference especially for Emulation. Dunno why a UI change is necessary at all the current Layout on 4.4 is quite nice.
The design guidelines for holo were so vague that even google couldn't design a consistent app experience.

I'd be all over this if I wasn't stuck on a 2 year contact. Still, I've yet to learn all the features on my GS4 so I can wait.

Come on, they tried it with a Cupcake, then changed to a Donut and an Éclair, tried Froyo (frozen yogurt) and Gingerbread then a Honeycomb, followed it with an Ice Cream Sandwich, topped it with Jellybeans and a Kit Kat and now they're trying Lollipops, psychologically all the stuff kids would go for 🙂
Yeah only kids would go for such sweets.....
