3060Ti looking great, though will wait for actual benchmarks again. I can't see DLSS use on the slides for the reported performance increase, all it says is "max settings", but considering that previous Nvidia performance graphs all included DLSS, I wonder if this one does too.

Look everyone, another imaginary card from Nvidia, catch it before it disappears for good!...

Why are they releasing fake products? No one can buy these.

This might be the most balanced card memory, price and performance wise from the first wave of Ampere - I really like this card. The 8 Gt memory is not as bothering as in RTX 3080. This will really sell well and we most surely can get this card in a smaller form factor. I still hope even this card will eventually be updated as Super model or similar with at least 10 Gt memory and maybe tad more CUDA cores.

Chert:

Looks like they will also release a 3070ti (cut-down 3080) and a 3080ti (cut-down 3090) in the near future to counter AMD's 6800 series cards..
yes but they're outperformed by the rx6800 series. given that the 6800xt @ $650 outperforms (in most circumstances) the rtx 3080 @ $700 and the rx 6800 is @ $579.00 that's a fail. the reality is those models are only going to be announced/launched due to the poor yields of the full fat GA 102/104. the gpu itself is driving the cost of the card. AMD has more efficient manufacturing with higher yields and lower costs because it gets more gpu's per wafer of silicon. and because the processing of said silicon is less expensive as well. AMD can play the cut down game far better to fuller effect this generation than Nvidia is capable of.

Who cares. Sold out before it's available. June of 21 is when these cards will be on sale. Anything else is just bullshit excuses of poor us no supply

I built a rig in June rather than wait until now (covid boredom). It felt a bit hasty at the time but less so now. I won't have to try to build with all the crazy stock and pricing going on. I can upgrade next year (if I even care to), after this all settles down. Good luck to anyone looking to build soon.

If I build anything in the next couple months, it will be a new system for my son, and it'll be an Intel based system. He's running my old i5 6600K and RX470 4GB right now. Pretty much anything would be an upgrade for him at this point.

Time to buy a panic sold 2080s ? :P

This^ What´s the point of announcing new releases if they can´t keep up with the demand of the already released cards...
Completely agree, and now a 4th variant of a gen that no one can deliver decent stock on, my Msi 3070 Xtrio preorder position with Scan.co.uk has gone from 101 to 100 in 2 weeks and pretty sure that was because someone canceled there order, companies should concentrate on getting pre-ordered cards out before making them obsolete.

Whats wrong with 2080s, if Venix is still using his 1060 in his specs then it would still be a hell of a boost even though they are still quite pricey

I do , and i am actually gaming on1440p few months now i just did not look for an update knowing the new things are on the way i my plan is a 5600 and a 3060 but if i see a 2080s at 350euros (i doubt it ) i might buy one ! At what i am playing so far a mix of medium +high details so far provided me with 60 fps and that's my rule for updating when i have to use medium details i start planning for an update 😛 that said till supply normalise and prices settle i might end up updating on the Easter instead of Christmas that i was originally planning ! No big deal

I have a 3070 xtrio preorder in with scan but the way supply is dragged out i might just pull my pre order and treat my self to something i can get before 2021 🙂
