Interesting. Wonder if this fixes issues with The Division. I'm too lazy to install a driver again as I just tweaked & tested and ended up rolling back yesterday.

What issues, those green lines that appear or something?

Yeah those green artifacts when using NV effects (HFTS, PCSS & HBAO+) under DX12. Also had drastically worse performance in the game. Everything's fixed by rolling back to 385.69

Latest WHQL driver + Creators update 2 for win 10, started to cause Gsync issues again. Hopefully this will fix.

Did not notice before a new control panel option called "OpenGL Rendering GPU".

Yeah, it's there since the first R384 release I think.

It's +5 builds to WHQL one. Chances are that some fixes aren't documented. Also - I don't really understand why some people are so weird about installing a new driver. It takes literally less than one minute.

tyvm!!! i was caught out by creators 2 (had rush meeting)... i usually wait 24 hrs. before updating this time i was busy w/ some vms in background when i had to get to that mtg... had to re-do some work (restarts a bee-atch). that's what i get for being lazy on the laptop config. desktop was waiting nicely for me when i got home lol

First time i'm seeing this when installing a driver from nVidia https://i.imgur.com/BzIylmj.png
All hotfixes are self-signed by NV since they are not WHQLed and thus will show such prompt.

Highly unstable drivers No improvement over the previous 397

Absolutely stable driver in my experience. No issues besides the one with 3DMark's Vulkan test which can easily be a 3DMark issue.

Same issue for me also for The Division on a 1080 TI... Green artifacts with these new drivers.
Oh well, at least now I know I don't have to try out this hotfix driver. Maybe the next one 😳

Going to try this later, 387.92 is not so smooth in evil within 2, streaming fps drops.. Also there is a utilisation issue, gpu doesnt go full 90-100%, usually 60-80%, with fps drops.. cpu usuage is waay bellow average, 20-30% max.

Might give these drivers a go, still using 385.69 and will only get hot fix drivers from Nvidia now because ever since i got the GTX1070 nVidias drivers and Windows 10 has been complete garbage.

Not sure if this is a game or driver bug but... Game Settings: 2560x1440, Ultra preset (incl. TAA + FXAA), V-Sync = Disabled I've noticed what appears to be texture seaming issues on the walls, tables and even that nurse's skirt in The Evil Within 2. It looks like they're made up of those of squares separated by thin black lines. It's hard to describe but hopefully this image should explain it better: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ioe2y9bpgiwl5vb/TEW2_2017_10_14_13_54_44_253.jpg?dl=0 Anyone else seeing this issue?
