Like I said, only my screen was off, Windows wasn't stuck and I could reach it through TeamViewer and did a reboot. But thnx for the tip.

This was description of LFC bug:
G-Sync LFC not working issue still not fixed with this driver, there is obvious VRR brightness flickering on my 27gl850 monitor because LFC cannot start properly, for example, when LFC is triggered at 40fps, the monitor refresh rate should be at 80hz, but under this problematic driver, the monitor refresh rate will fluctuate violently back to and from the max refresh rate (40Hz->144Hz->40Hz), causing periodic stuttering and monitor flickering when VRR is working.
So maybe that "Slight monitor backlight panel flicker when FPS drops below 60FPS" is the fix for LFC related stuttering/flickering. (Though, no mentioning of LFC and VRR.)

@mbk1969 guess you dont read those often, short of the 2nd last one, all are in release notes for a while, and not really surprised about gsync being off with FRR games, i mean how would a game made prior to any sync stuff, support it, or older and/or low load/console games need it, if they run steady at 60 (30) fps, especially since there is still adaptive/fast we can use.

I see no reason to disable G-Sync: if game is rendered at steady 60 FPS then G-Sync will just get that. If game will dip lower than 60 FPS then again G-Sync will get that. Game will not be rendered higher than 60 FPS but without G-Sync how will it be synced say with 144Hz refresh rate? Fast sync is for frame rates higher than refresh rate, while adaptive sync should cap frame rate by refresh rate and behave like usual v-sync, while disabling sync when frame rate is lower than refresh rate. G-sync is a win in my eyes.

Digital Vibrance setting in NVidia Control Panel does not save upon reboot with the 565.90 drivers. After reboot Digital Vibrance reverts to 50% every time. I've tested on two different computers with same results. I don't think I've ever had an issue with this before. Anyone else experiencing this with these drivers?
I have noticed this problem now too. Digital vibrance reverts back to 50% after every system restart. I had mines on 75%

I guess NVIDIA switched their site back to dial-up lines

Yup, it is a widespread issue - I have it as well.

This problem that appears with 24h2 is really annoying. I hope they fix it soon. Known Issues Short 3 second black screen on alt-tab from game to desktop in Windows 11 24H2. [4722079]

are you facing any problem? Star Wars Outlaws plays fine I'm 24H2 dev
On 26100.1742. When playing Origins and Avatar, the game crashes randomly if overlays (I'm using RTSS) are enabled. Alt + Tab also crashes the game. This also happens on AMD GPUs, I think this needs to be fixed by Ubisoft. Just like @Astyanax said:

Drivers not going to fix these, needs a change from UBI's end.

Digital vibrance working as intended over all 3 of my monitors. Settings retained through numerous reboots & power cycles whilst setting up a few things... Edit 1... @Exostenza, am using your slimmed driver using the express upgrade path. Previous driver was also one of your slimmed. No apparent issues with any driver function/feature so far...

Ran in to an issue with the driver, although annoying its still useable. Ran DDU in safemode, edited out all the junk like usual, just Driver, HD Audio and NVI2. At the end of the installation the system froze for about 10 seconds and the screen went black then came back up. Immediately I knew, driver crash. Did a restart, at the user login it did the same thing. Once in Windows it functions properly, this is on 23H2. Funny thing, it only occurs on Pascal based GPU's that I have tested, 1070 and 1080ti here at the shop that I use for CAD work. Otherwise afterwards the system functions fine, games run perfect with no issue and no crashes. This does not occur on a 3080Ti and 4070Ti Super that I've tested on, works flawless there with no driver crash on boot.

Good to know! I just ran DDU and did a fresh install but digital vibrance is still resetting upon reboot - hopefully nvidia can put out a hotfix asap.

Same. It's kind of annoying but it's not a game breaker.

Star Wars Outlaws works fine. Sadly, I don't have any of the other games you mentioned to test.

Yeah, these seem to run h/w RT a little bit better than the previous branch.
