The gaming bug fixed itself... aka Concord.

DLSS3 FrameGen works great. It's not broken.
Didn't you read? It's broken in one UE4/5 game - so a game which is using both UE4 and UE5 at the same time. Also a 7900XTX runs DLSS FG in this game just fine.

Which game? If is The first descendant, it's work fine as well. The 7900 XTX cannot use DLSS, which is NVIDIA's technology.

Btw. VRR LFC is broken since some driver versions: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/549741/geforce-grd-56109-feedback-thread-released-91124/3474956/ In games where DLSS FG can cause fat frame time graph/variance, this apparently is especially noticeable. Glad that this is just a regression, FG at <100fps indeed looked way smoother on the Radeon.
ManuelG addressed that:
Manuel@NVIDIA 19h We have a fix for this in our next driver. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to do a proper QA test of the fix for this driver but it will be in our next driver.

I thought that was obivous. Well, given that weird way how GeForce forums load content, it probably is good to have it explicitly mentioned too.

It was a long time ago I went there and now I almost felt lost... Why change things that just work is beside me...

Looks far too good to be true.
Looks like the comparison was done with before and after the Windows Update that improved performance for Ryzen CPU's. Hence the big difference in performance. If there was such a difference in performance between driver updates, nVidia themselves would have mentioned it, or others would have noticed.

He said in the comments he's on Windows 10. Not buying those results.

I believe an update was pushed for Windows 10 too around a week ago with performance gains too. I think I read that too last week, if I am wrong, someone can correct me. Otherwise I agree, the results do not make sense at all without accounting for the Ryzen update.

I'm gonna hold off unless these give Wukong some benefit. There are so many games coming out next month and practically nothing this month.

Why don't you install windows 11?

Why don't you install windows 11?
Because W11 is Boogeyman. I have no problems with W11Pro. Like it more than W10, and I work on this system, simulations, 3D, modeling…., not only games.

Conan The Barbarian:

Umm, it's not broken.
Cave Waverider:

Which game is that?
Starship troopers extermination. And that game supports XESS,FSR3 and DLSS framegen. Right now you cant even enable framegen on nvidia cards but FSR3 has been working longer on a beta game.
