There is no way to uncheck gf experience?
During the installation process, you can deselect GeForce Experience.

It is an NVIDIA API used for neural services that the driver will provide to certain applications. For example supporting DLSS in games.

So haven't had an issue with drivers in a long, long time, except with these. Don't post here a lot, so don't shoot the piano player. 1. Installed 441.66 Drivers only 2. Driver installs, asked for a restart, haven't seen that in ages. 3. Restart, Lost resolution, had to reset via Windows control panel, no biggie. 4. Lost NCP, color settings and all profile settings, that has never happened before. 5. Uninstall 441.66 6. Reboot. 7. Re-install 441.41 8. NCP returns, with all profiles. 9. Reset digital vibrance and all profile settings, no biggie. 10. All is well in the 441.41 world again.
It is possible you had some other Windows update in the background that conflicted with the installation. Or some other app that may have somehow prevented the services from getting registered correctly.

G-Sync still isn't working with SLi enabled in Red Dead Redemption 2. @ManuelG any updates or possible workarounds for this?
Can you share more details?

What are processes normally on Win 10? Holy cow. I have around 30 processes running on my Win 7 install. I don't need all that BS. This is perfect for me right now. 3770K still doing work. 1080ti on PCIe 3. Meh.
Most of the process count increase in Win10 is due to the seperation of SVChosts into individual processes.

Of course. System specs are as follows. - Motherboard Asus Prime x299 Deluxe II. - CPU Intel Core i9 7940X @ 4.6GHz. - RAM 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz. - GPU x2 EVGA RTX 2080Ti XC Gaming in SLi. - PSU Corsair RM1000i. - ASUS PG348Q 100Hz 3440x1440 G-Sync display. - OS Windows 10 v1909, all available updates installed. - Game, Red Dead Redemption 2, purchased from the Rockstar Launcher. - Vulkan API. - Resolution 3440x1440 @100Hz - In game settings set to maximum with the exception of water physics being set one click below maximum. - MSAA, Reflections MSAA and FXAA are disabled, TAA set to high. Disabling TAA results in an over exposed image and is unplayable. - V-Sync in game disabled, forced on in Nvidia Control Panel. Setting this to 3D application controlled and using in game V-Sync doesn’t fix the issue. (Which is something that did work for the launch version of the game with the game ready drivers before official SLi support was added) - 98 FPS cap via MSI Afterburner to ensure G-Sync is engaged at all times. Problem, G-Sync never engages while in game with SLi enabled, the monitors refresh rate indicator sticks to 100Hz while the in game fps counter fluctuates and the image stutters heavily. All other games I play work fine with G-Sync. This started with driver version 441.20 WHQL which is when I first reported the problem, you responded with this...
ManuelG:

This is a known issue with Red Dead Redemption 2 when SLI is enabled. This will be fixed in a future driver.
If there’s anymore information you require let me know, I also submitted the bug via the Nvidia feedback form when the previous driver to this launched. πŸ™‚

yeah thats been pretty normal for a while now for me. has to do with overwriting your onboard audio driver with installing the nvidia hd audio one it automatically switches it so get used to that
I'll try πŸ˜€ Thanks.
ManuelG:

This is not an NVIDIA driver bug. Windows will change your default audio device if a new audio driver is installed.
Ahh right, thanks πŸ™‚

no change to the driver has preceded gta5 working, the only patches have come from rockstar side.
Still with any driver past 431.68 i had frequent crashes in gtao, 441.41 is working good so far, not one crash since i switch to it.

That is not us. That is Microsoft installing the driver via Windows Update. If you are using DDU and do not disconnect from the internet, Windows 10 will assume you do not have a driver and will automatically download driver 432.00. This will also happen if you have a driver older than 432.00 installed on your Windows 10 PC.

You can tick in settings DDU to not install the windows drivers makes more sense then disconnecting from the internet

I see this all of the time. Super elite pro PC folks use DDU and never use one of it's most important options.

I not sure how I feel about this, I download drivers few days ago and it was still standard now all I can find is DCH The wording is confusing, "you may still find them in the Nvidia driver downloads archive page." does this mean going foward they onnly offering DCH drivers or the standard of new drivers will be in archives?

standard package is in the archive.

How do you disable Ansel in these drivers? Usually it would be in the main Nvidia folder on C:\ but I don't see it there anymore. Everything is switched around with these DCH drivers! 😑 πŸ˜•

the nvcamera utility is in the driverstore folder corresponding to the driver. C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nv*
