It's crap don't bother. They didn't fix any of the glaring issues from the previous driver. It's just an update for the new games it was covering. HDR, G-sync, SLI are all still messed up and no notable performance increases during benchmarks.

So far they are OK. Folding works, gaming works.

Havent tried this driver yet. But simple rule of thumb (for those on single cards) is to ignore all driver comments by SLI owners.

Curious if I can just uninstall or install over only the "driver" part without touching the damn HDMI audio drivers? Everytime I do a fresh GPU driver install with HDMI audio drivers, it kills my SB3 X-Fi and I have to reinstall that as well. Sorry if OT but I just got this 1060 GPU a week or so ago to tide me over as my 6950s were giving up the ghost (RIP).

Custom install > uncheck Audio box?

That's how i install nvidia drivers and avoid all the trashware they added 1. Extract the driver to a folder 2. Keep only what is essential and remove the trash 3. Then install the new drivers p.s use DDU if you wanna clean the previous ones
