I had a 7600gs........ I was playing cheap in those days.:bang:
I had a Galaxy 7800GTX . Love playing boiling point Road to Hell on that since the 6000 couldnt even run it. Im hoping at some point they optimize the drivers for unity based games. SLI is weird with it on windows 10 Also I noticed when running both this driver and .77 the temps have gone up a bit on both GPU and CPU. So GTA V when its working is a real heatwave

with adaptive power mode. my gpus sit at 33c with performance mode they sit at 55c. my system turns into a toaster. nvidia needs to pay my house ac bill.

OK there is a problem with GTA V starting if there is too much Virtual memory and VRAM taken up from games already as there was 7GB VRAM according to MSI AB taken up in starting GTA V. It seems to be a problem clearing the Virtual memory and VRAM. It causes for GTA V to sometimes start with 15FPS. I found this problem in driver 355.77 that i got on Friday and only reported it today so i guess there will be another hotfix soon hopefully.
I have similar issue in FIFA 15 at lunch when I'm choosing ingame languge. It starts with 32 fps and after 1 sec it's going back normal to 60fps. The same thing happens immediately after loading menu. I think this problem is also connected with very rare fps drops during gameplay that I have on all 355.XX drivers in windows 10. There must be something wrong in nvidia drivers and maybe also in win10, because in win8.1 there wasn't such issue. I didn't tested new driver yet, but I thing it will not change. I think we need to wait with this issue to October, when microsoft is planning to release win 10 TH2 with new memory optimizations and probably Nvidia will give us much better driver. GOD or Nvidia please make DX12 avalible to Fermi -.-

FIFA 15 last working driver is 347.25 after that got a lot issue. often freeze 2-3 sec inside the box.
347.25? Last working driver? I don't think so. For me almost all drivers were working good in win8.1 with fifa 15. Some give me slight better fps and smoother gameplay some give me loss of 1-3 fps, but I didn't have this fps drops and 1sec freezes that I mentioned in previous post, that are present in win10. I had this after making windows upgrade and after clean instal. Of course this problem was very anoying in 355.60 driver when I had a lot of freezes but after ddu and clean instal of 355.69 there were less freezes and in 355.78 I have only 1 or 2 1sec freezes during gameplay but in all there are this strange fps droops at lunch and in menu and as I said I think this is the problem of freezes during gameplay in Fifa and probably in other games. But for now I have pretty smooth gameplay except this 1 or 2 1 sec. Maybe something changed in .80 driver, I didn't tested it yet. As I said it must be some kind of problem/bug with memory in windows and also in driver. As because of I have laptop I also consider that they mess something with Optimus. By the way, comparing 355.78 driver to .69 and .60 I was able to give additional 15MHz on clock speed and still stable after many hours of gaming. Could anyone confirm that they can achive a bit more from their GPUs with 355.78/80 drivers?

Stuttering in GTA V seemed to decrease quite a bit for me with these drivers. It's not gone completely, but it's noticeably better. However, now I'm getting random "Failed to initialize" errors that I haven't seen since the early W10 drivers. The solution back then was to underclock my factory OC'd card to reference specs. I'll try that, but it's really going to annoy me if that's once again the "workaround".

Probably your stuttering problem is connected with my problem that I mentioned in previous post, but with me it doesn't matter if I give more or less MHz on clock and memory.

Did not fix SLI issues with Z170, still better performance with one card and SLI deactivated compared to SLI Active 🙁 So far SLI is useless on the new Z170 chipset
That is BIOS issue.

SLI doesn't work for BO3, sadly. But at least it's just a beta and only have to deal with it for a week.
It does work just really badly. It becomes a stutter fest, and the excessive pagefile issue is still here. 20GB Pagefile, 13GB RAM, and 8GB VRAM usage!!! Same happens in advanced warfare, even with SLI disabled.

these drivers are doing great with sli just plays 4 hours in gta 5 with everything at max and 4k resolution.

Sure: http://i.imgur.com/MiaiDAM.png But this was working like this for me since 353.62 or whatever that driver was that got pushed alongside Win10 launch. I can also select between 8 and 12 bits for my TV connected via HDMI.
with this driver i got to see those options when i connect my 4ktv http://i.imgur.com/w6Y7jhs.jpg SLi must be off though

overall gaming experience on w10 is way more smoother than w8.1 i personally think 347.25 performed the best on w8.1 for FIFA 15 now i'm testing this hotfix. i won't roll back to w8.1
Maybe, I won't argue but as you know it always depends on computer. You know even if two person have for example the same laptop they can have different feelings, performance or problems even on the same drivers. I remember that one driver for example gave me 3 fps more but another 3 fps less whereas on my friends laptop with similar specification it was everything contrariwise. And I won't roll back to win8.1 as you 😀 Please give some feedback after testing 355.80.

Whats wrong with FEAR's shadows? Hey? How come i dont have those options in my control panel? I only have Desktop color depth:
It depends on the capabilities of your display and the port you're using for connection. I'm on DP for main monitor and HDMI for TV.

ya smoother inside the box on 355.80 played 3 matches. u can try..
Ok, thanks, It sounds promising, I'll try them. 🙂 Anyone move further with OC on 355.78/80 drivers? Or it was just me that achive little gain with OC?

It's been over 6 years since that game released. It's safe to say that it's not going to get fixed.
But they JUST broke it, should be easy enough to fix no?

my card factory OC-ed by default. i didn't try to push higher. i think more or less the same. nvidia don't like us to OC that much..
My GT630m 128bit 1 GB DDR3 has default: Core (672 MHz)/Shader (1344MHz)/Memory(1800MHz) with 353.82 Quadro I had stable: Core (850 MHz)/Shader (1700MHz)/Memory(2160MHz) with 355.60/69 I had stable: Core (860 MHz)/Shader (1720MHz)/Memory(2160MHz) with 355.78 I have stable: Core (875 MHz)/Shader (1750MHz)/Memory(2160MHz) Today I will test 355.80 and I will see if enything will change for better or worse with my OC. Temperatures are only 4-6C higher in games (temp depend on game) with set maximum performance and unparked my i7(4cores/8Threads) CPU. Everything is stable, No throttling on CPU and GPU. Of course before I've started my OC i changed thermal grease from asus stock one. I'm also considering buying better fan then the stock one, but for now everything is almost perfect. Even Though I know my GPU is not a performance lavel card, I'm quite satisfied with my fps after OC. All games that I want are runing with maxed settings in Full HD res. I always have from about 40 to 60 fps (SIMS4/CS:GO/LOL/FIFA15) I think for now I have GPU similar in performance with geforce 820m/930m comparing to Fillrate Pixel &Texture rate but with higher memory bandwidth. I wish only to NVIDIA could release directx 12 driver for fermi cards.

deleted. I've made double post. Sorry 🙁

Just tested these driver, still doesn't fix my refresh rate issues where all my games are stuck at 59 Hz while the desktop runs at 60 Hz.

Experience a bit of extra heat during gaming as well with this driver. In the same neighborhood as well, 5~ C higher.
What I was meaning is my temps are higher because of OC, no by driver. I'm still on 355.78, and at full GPU load with last OC everything stands stable and I didn't have further rise in temps connected with new driver. I didn't tested .80 but I will do that late at night.
