Yah that seems a bit suspect... I generally don't download drivers unless it's from an offical source.

@dave6479, thx for the info.. @Extraordinary, yes but check the Eula, Section 2 @all, before you install in unofficial driver, you have to check the .cat file, if the fingerprint code is the same as Nvidia used in other betas (Nvidia signed driver).

Just check if the signature is valid and by Nvidia. Then the driver should be safe, in terms of being malware-free.

Didn't try any games but for me the Gsync bug was back and when I ran Heaven (twice) I could see under the rocks the Dragon sits on and some messed up textures in walls. Running FireStrike (also Twice) it had bad jerkiness. Back to 353.49 and all good. This is actually the first time in a while I had to revert back.

Just compared 353.49 to 353.51 and the arkham knight benchmarks were virtually identical. This is with 980Ti SLI + GTX 670 ded physx. 4213x1764 DSR. 353.49 ------- smoke/paper on 42 83 54 smoke/paper off 44 96 65 353.51 ------- smoke/paper on 41 83 54 smoke/paper off 44 95 65

no need uninstall. apparently i updated from 353.49 to 353.51 so far no issue. frankly speaking, i don't feel any improvement at all.

Not true for me.At first I've upgraded .51 on top of 353.38 without issue, but NV CP system information showed some dll's have left from previous driver. Used DDU then and installed all correctly. I prefer removing/cleaning old drivers.

@Cyris Have you got any info about a new Windows 10 driver ? ManuelG talked about a upcoming driver for Windows 10 "soon". Just abit curious if we are talking hours or days ? Thanks!

If I remember correctly, the driver releases are controlled from Microsoft, up to the official release of Windows 10. I think it had something to do with DirectX 12.
