I get similar speeds now with the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64GB DDR5-6000CL30 kit, but timings are CL30-40-40 and 1.4volts.

I am at 6200 CL30 with G.skill Ripjaw 64GB DDR5-6000CL30 kit at 1.36V.
6400 was not stable, dont know what is holding back, did not want to try more voltage because the G.skill heatspreader does not have full contact to the chips and they get hot during gaming.
Sadly I did not see any measurable performance increase from 6000 to 6200, it is within 1% for me.
