Subscriptions give access to games that are somehow hidden gems, that you can try without a great cost and you can end up linking it. I played Chorus on Gamepass and liked it very much, ended the game and it was a very nice experience. Maybe I will get it on Steam of GOG in the future. Is not all bad, but you need to realise that the game is not yours and can be removed at any time. It happened to me with Plague Tale Innocence, I was playing it on Gamepass and it was removed, bad luck.

What I really miss is going to computer swap meets ("fairs"/ "shows") in the late 80s/90s. I went in the Bay Area and Sacramento. As a teen, that was peak nerd-zone with gaming and hardware wonders galore. Not sure how that relates but it just sprang to mind with the death of the out-of-date E3. Bring back swap meets! :-D

I don't need E3 and their cancel every year. Geoff Keighley and his Summer Game Fest is here to entertain us, E3 may cancel forever.
