Gadget? You mean Stream Decks? Yes! For years! I have three of their models... a Stream Deck Mini (used on remote sim-racing rig), and plugged into main gaming PC the original size 15 button Stream Deck, and the latest Stream Deck+ with the four rotary controls.... they are honestly very handy and worthwhile to have. Can control all sorts of software using them as well as external LED lights. I use to control some external WIFI devices using my own profiles for it. The Wave Link software (controllable by the Stream Deck+) is incredibly handy centralized audio control which allows you to mix levels of various Windows areas all in one place and output to your own headset as well as secondary stream output (eg OBS) - very useful for controlling audio levels without having to exit a game.. like a virtual mixing desk for streaming - allows games to send say your team mates chat to a different audio channel than main game audio so you can adjust them on the fly without exiting game. The fact that the big boys like Adobe go to bother of creating new software control profiles for them shows you they are basically industry standard now.

I have the XL model and use it as a button box for ATS, ETS2 and Farming Simulator. Very useful. It also displays a bunch of info from iCue, which I find useful as most of my loop is controlled via its sensors.

they can run but they can't hide. sure, some fraction is going to go "yeah, Adobe - a name i trust"... but anyone doing a job as a YT creator realizes that Adobe is worse than Apple on their worst closed ecosystem day. and frankly, what has been done and undone can be redone with just as little fanfare or notice.

Trying to appear friendly to artists... which is laughable considering the underlying intent of stealing from them.

They get to kill you even if you don't agree to the terms & services, that's their terms & services. They saw Disney+'s terms that say they get to kill your wife if you sign/agree & decided they can 1up that.
