Its nvidia. It would not surprise me. They have had more Vram debacles then they should have. Remember when the would not allow the GTX 780TI to have more then 3GB vram but the GTX 780 could have 6gb. Even releasing the GTX 680, 670, and even GTX 770 with 2GB of vram was a bonehead move.

Still waiting for one "6600XT", since i live in a shithole, and just can't afford an 300 Euros VGA...
