Origin for whatever reason charges me tax, even though i live in a state that does not have sales tax nor has any EA business' in it. Thankfully, the same sales on Origin seem to be on Amazon, and they don't charge me sales that that doesn't exist in my state....

With a credit card or paypal they both had tax, a tax that does not exist in my state, so not entirely sure what a VPN would do since Origin already knows i live in a non-sales-tax state.
But doesn't matter, since Amazon had the same deals, no fake-tax, and i get 10% off there anyways.

Does Star Wars Battlefront now have a single player campaign that's worth buying the game? Not really interested in the MP part tbh.

If any of those games were on a different platform like steam or gog etc. yes I would pick up a few titles.

I've played 20h and I can honestly say that it's not such a bad game after all. The dialogues are entertaining, the graphics are nice, the gameplay is also good and there is a lot to discover.
What? Those rotten bastards. I was assuming that Titanfall 2 Deluxe 10$ would also cost 10€?
Edit : Yep, it's that bad. Titanfall 2 should cost 10$ which is 81SEK but when I check Origin it says 133SEK meaning a 64% increase in price.
There is a campaign which is about 5-6hrs long (CoD standard) which I've heard is decent at best.

I don't like playing EA titles as much ever since the Battlefront 2 scandal. It's all about My Time At Portia now.

i definitely have twenty bucks to spare (& then some), but i cant in good conscience give EA my money for battlefront. such a shame wat they are doing to DICE

Well. For me, it doesn't matter that much. But I think it's not fair considering we are buying a digital copy and the price in Euro should be less or equal with the price in USD even the parity is somewhere at 1.22 at the current exchange rate.

I got the crysis trilogy with BIG bonus content for £6. Money for old rope. Well maybe? I'm now playing 64bit crysis and its sucking 1.4GB of frame buffer and over 4Gb of system ram and using 2 of my cpu cores equivalent to 100%. Still a great game. 🙂 Cannot believe how much system its gobbling up for such an old game. 🙂
