no it isn't.
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/247515315825672203/826475939826237450/unknown.png
Did you reboot? Are you running a mixed refresh rate screen setup? Is your chrome up to date? The fix in the kb item makes NV12 hardware overlays work properly rather than failing and switching back and forth to BGRA.
Silly question, is setting 0x000F00BA to 1 sufficient to force it, or does it require NVIDIA to actually support it officially?

https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N306TGAMING-OC-8GD/support#support-dl-bios F3 or F11 its the same date....i dont know what to download
Check what FW version you currently have (use gpu-z\nvidia inspector or gigabyte's software,,,) and : If your VBIOS version is: F1, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F2-F9. (which means F3 for you) F10, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F11-F19. (which means F11 for you) F20, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F21-F29.

This is how nvidia supports it.

Well, it seems the problem is not the card but the motherboard. I'm using a Z490-I from ASUS and it seems that the 2005 bios is not compatible. If you happen to enable ReBar your system won't even boot. Thanks to a guy on reddit who was having the same issue and discovered what the problem is. Seems like all ASUS boards using the BETA bios for ReBar are having this issue. My system is back online and working properly, albeit no ReBar.
Heya, do you reckon this would affect my Z490-F board? I have this 2004 BIOS currently installed https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z490-f-gaming-model/helpdesk_bios

looks like a pretty major update. Still holding out hope they decide to backport the ReBar support to at least the RTX 2000 Supers.

Any idea how to flash bios, dumb msi live update only sees 1660s and dragonforce crap isn't finding new bios too. I have 3060ti as my main but for some weird reason windows put sees it as 3rd gpu even tho it was first gpu installed.

Another one here Asus Tuf Z490/Asus Tuf RTX 3080 and no DX 12 Titles work at all. Strange indeed with Asus

Some games wont open after I install this driver, I tested Cyberpunk and Warzone, when I opened GPU-Z the "raytracing and directml" features were unchecked. I needed to install the previous driver for these features work again and now I can open my games and "raytracing and directml" are checked on GPU-Z. My specs: i9 9900KS RTX 3090 MSI Ventus 3x OC 24gb Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master 32GB RAM HyperX Fury
same problem here had to disable overlay in geforce experience to get them working wich sucks cause i cant use sharpen now

Installed the new drivers, updated the firmware of my evga, and finally the resizable bar is working with no problems occurring. I have noticed cyberpunk got much smoother after enabling this feature. It's not about doing more fps, rather the reaction time to mouse input and the overall framerate stability. It was a pleasant surprise. Also, they updated the nvcp GI a little bit... Hope we will get a full revamp someday!

Hey guys, need a bit of help here, wanted to update my GPU BIOS, I have Gigabyte GeForce RTX™ 3080 VISION OC 10G and when I use NVIDIA Inspector to see what current VBIOS i have it says: 94.02.42.40.33 there is no F of any kind in it. Could you recommend with what VBIOS should i upgrade? Thank you in advance.
1.) install Aorus Engine 2.) open Aorus Engine. Go to Settings -> VGA there you will find your VBIOS Version in "F-Style" (e.g. F1). 3.) download the right Version. You can use the following hint at the homepage: You can only update to a VBIOS version of the same series.Visual C++2008 is required for this BIOS flash. If your VBIOS version is: F1, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F2-F9. F10, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F11-F19. F20, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F21-F29. found at https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Graphics-Card/GV-N3080VISION-OC-10GD/support#support-dl-bios In my case my VBIOS was a F1, so i needed to download and flash the Version "F3". 4.) please make a Backup of your current VBIOS before flashing And yes, I know that this is really a doublepost. But as it is confusing as hell I thought it would be worth it. I am sorry if not.

Strange, I updated my Vbios with the tool provided by Asus for my RTX 3070 Dual, and now both bioses allow more than 100% on power management... Previously the "quiet" bios went only up to 100%. So both are performance bioses now?? LOL Maybe only the fan curve will be different from now on... Anyway, let's see if Asus updates my mobo Bios to take advantage of all this.

Here's hoping they give Turing some re-bar love as well eventually, for the time being I can forget grabbing a 3xxx card.

I saw a few comments on reddit that this driver does not fix the SteamVR issue. Other people are claiming that the issue only happens to people running monitoring software (or other low level stuff). I thought the extreme frametime spikes were unavoidable regardless of whether you were running AB or similar?
