WHQL? I can't see WHQL mentioned anywhere for this one - driver is in "optional" section on AMD pages and the file name is "Non-WHQL-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-21.3.2-Win10-64Bit-Mar29.exe"

I get stutter from these and the 21.3.1 drivers for some reason. Rolling back to 21.2.3 and everything is okay again RX 6800 @ 4k120 Freesync
Was it a proper clean installation of the new drivers or were they installed over the old ones?

"Connecting two displays with large differences in resolution/refresh rates may cause flickering on Radeon RX Vega series graphics products." yep i have that on vega56 monitor 1. 1440p 144hz monitor 2. 4k 60hz Also i need to set VRAM tunning to State1 Min or else it crashes on default stock settings 2 or 3 times a day (on desktop), if i set that no problem at all For reference: Sapphire Vega 56 Pulse with Hynix memory

Did you test the Enterprise 21.Q1 driver?

With Rx 580 8 gb have problem with 21.3.1 driver, AC odyssey just turn off gpu. It stop when i was return previous version. Is this problem fix with new driver, anyone know?
How can it turn of the gpu? You mean game crashes and driver resets?

And only with AC odyssey, origins work ok. Horizon zero dawn OK...
Make sure you always do a clean install using ddu before i installing new ver. If the card is overclocked back down a bit.

For me game was working fine on 21.3.1 and is still working fine on 21.3.2. There may be some other reason for this to be happening. Did you try 21.3.2? Please stop spreading such recommendations, DDU is not a replacement for drivers' uninstaller. Use installer's "restore factory settings" option and if this still doesn't resolve some problems then give a try to DDU. Display Driver Uninstaller is a great tool but should be used and RECOMMENDED responsibly.
Dont usally recommend it but he seems to have issues with this release. Its worth a try.

Anyone have issues starting red dead redemption 2 in vulkan? i get the failed to initialize graphics device with that but i can run in dx12 no problems

try with ddu, amd's vulkan json might have changed and ended up with both loaded

will do mate, i did just do a install over the previous with the reset box checked but will do ddu anyway as im not seeing my vram temp in rtss but it shows in hwinfo

You have changed it to DX 12 there? I'll have to try it when i download it again on social club.
