Driver installs fine @linoleum. The standard driver allows me to deselect GFE @Sentenced.

Regular driver has NvCamera folder (Ansel ?) and DCH missing it (different implementation or NV mistake?)

They didn't work on my GTX 1070... Either from the installer or driver update through Device Manager.
GTX 1070 here, no issues with installation, use DDU first.

Darn it... Anyone on Windows 10 version 20H2? Only the beta 457.0 worked for me...
Working fine Win10 Pro 20H2, GTX 1660 here though

Darn it... Anyone on Windows 10 version 20H2? Only the beta 457.0 worked for me... ***UPDATE*** Welp... The only way I could install these drivers, was to download the DCH edition, extract them, then go through Device Manager to manually update drivers... o_O
Installed the standard driver on 20H2 (19042.572) without any problems

What driver version are you on and what happens when you try to install the new driver?

In general this is not a recommended method for installing NVIDIA Display Drivers. You may want to use DDU to clean the drivers and see if that allows you to install the drivers correctly.

@ManuelG Did you guys fix the 3000 series warzone stutter in these?

Any fixes that may help with browser screen freeze/blank + Event ID: 4101: "System: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered." followed by having no Nvidia control panel launch option in the right click menu? I've been getting this since 492.xx or before (possible exception on 451.85) on both my GTX 1060 and now my GTX 1660s. https://forums.guru3d.com/attachments/nvlddmkm-jpg.2568

Since there were some problems for a couple of months with mpchc and finally found a hotfix, I'd rather not jump to try this...

@ManuelG Hello Manuel - any ETA for fixing this one? [Notebook][RTX 2060]: Notebook display may flicker or turn black when Microsoft Hybrid Graphics is disabled. [3147602] I've got RTX2060 laptop so I'm curious 😉 BTW any news/info about adding support for NVAPI OC Scanner for mobile platform? Right now GFE and Afterburner are not working with those 🙁

I was wondering, I'm on the latest insider channel for windows 10, Driver version 460.20 date 8/17/2020 This is a newer driver but older driver date. Should I uninstall the standard DCH driver and install this one?

Knives88:

From version 456.38 the usual problem of Color Setting with Nvidia control panel returned. Every time the pc is turned on, I have to reset the values. I had to go back to version 452.22....
Not sure if this is the same problem, but I used to have an issue and it was actually Windows changing the values - as described here: [youtube=ANMs5rnrfmA] Check it out and see if this helps.

Vulkan Beta are DCH only, and you cannot go from DCH<>Standard without deleting some registry values to permit it.

:( I wish i could reproduce this, i've tested both of my 10 series cards, tested a 980ti, 680, etc.
BrookofClay:

After installing 457.09 get black screen with my G9 @ 240hz on 3090
Samsung will resolve this in the future, nvidia's driver is doing everything right from its end at this point.

We have fixed it and will be in an upcoming driver. I am pushing for a hotfix release to get this fix out to users sooner.
