Excellent Drivers now i get 97-98% GPU utilisation in RDR2 and slightly better framerate, no black screens with alt+tab. Used to have 80% usage with earlier revisions on RTX 2070S. So far i happy with this new version. Will test for stability in the long run.

I think you have to install msi afterburner with rivatuner ( its included in it ), and then you can use it, this is how i use it myself, i don't know if we can use it without afterburner.

I am running the newest version and it works fine. just using my default profile: https://i.imgur.com/bSpQcvT.png I am using the bethesda version, not the steam version so no other overlays, if you are using the steam version maybe the steam overlay is causing issues? Edit: As per other thread about DOOM Eternal and RTSS, It is working for me since I am in HDR mode.

What worked for me is the following: Go to RTSS folder -> ProfileTemplates -> Create the file "DOOMEternalx64vk.exe.cfg" Open file and paste in:
[RendererVulkan] PresentFromCompute = 1

With the previous drivers hdr worked fine in doom eternal without having to turn it on in windows, with the new drivers i now get massive flickering if i don't turn on hdr in windows first when playing doom eternal so how is this a better driver after all i've seen no fps increase.

don't bother, eternal has its own frame statistics, use it without the fps penalty that forcing RTSS will encur

I'm not sure they are working properly. I had few stutterings, but game reported stable 60 FPS.

I wonder how you'd achieve to make this game stutter.

Looks like physics. If you slide on certain objects, movement becomes choppy.

I had this driver already installed when the game launched. Originally, it wasn't flickering with HDR disabled in Windows and enabled in the game, but after the first patch (the one that removed the non-DRM .exe) it started to do so. So it doesn't appear to be a driver issue to me, but I haven't tried going back to an older driver either. On a side note, I really hate it when games require HDR enabled in Windows to be available in game (like RDR2 which used to be able to set it independently from HDR in Windows and then they patched it so you had to have it enabled, too).

so far so good with these drivers

Nice job as always. This driver works fine for me too.
Thank you! It's true that this driver works fine and its performance is overall similar to the one of the two prior versions. However, as I captured some significant performance inconsistencies in terms of frame time stability in certain scenarios (DX12 and DXR) and games, I decided to continue recommending version 442.50 (.59) for Turing users. Anyway, and after all, this is only a tentative recommendation based on my own data analysis, and what ultimately counts is the experience and gaming needs of each one. 🙂
