That is an odd driver version number. Cannot remember the last time I downloaded and installed a version XXX.00 numbered driver.

I know it might be mirrored here on Guru but why it's not up yet i have no idea.

Will it fix the invisible scenery bug I wonder? I was shocked to find my character standing on invisible ledges indoors and climbing invisible walls outdoors during the first 10 minutes of gameplay! I wondered if I was playing an unpatched build!!!

And no. There is no fix for the GPU clock above 144hz in this driver. Prolly next year if ever.
Yes i confirm this ,, first card is still running @ 912.8 on desktop ,second card is clocking down to 112 on desktop this is on 144hz
