No problem here on 1803/18.4.1 and Razer Deathadder Elite under current Synapse 2 at 500Hz, USB2.0 port on a SB750.

Windows 10 April Update problems: Delayed mouse reactions: Some people are observing mouse movements and cursor speed different than before. The cause of this Windows April Update issue is not known. Delay in Alt +Tab There is a delay when people use Alt+Tab keyboard shortcut to switch between active apps. And so on.... I wouldn't blame AMD and AMD alone when your mouse feels sluggish. Of course it is easier to roll back to WDDM <2.4 driver (<18.4.1) and blame AMD rather than roll back to 1709 (WDDM 2.3) and blame Microsoft..

You could have also pointed that the temp fix to the alt tab delay is to completely disable Focus Assist automatic rules on Settings\System\Focus Assist.

That's why I can't stand this "windows as a service" bs. Every time I see win10 updating I gotta worry if it's gonna break something or not, like some sort of early access steam game on beta. I'm only using it because of dx12 really.

got 1703 here, works ok i like a buffer of atleast year of updates before i move to newer win10 build lol

There's LTSB/LTSC W10, but only for VL. Still, the current barrier to use it with latest AMD drivers is actually on the AMD side because current W10 LTSB 2016 is still on 1607 (there will be a later 2019 release this year), which is unsupported. I don't know if issues like this or this still stand.

@Pyrage Microsoft could still continue to work as a service, nothing wrong with that, but they could allow us to have extended release schedules, especially now, where the features are barely interesting.
That's what I hate about it. On those updates they release things which can be cool for some people (like something got a better looking icon or whatever) but then they break things, introduce stutter, etc. Looking back a few years ago I could just turn the PC on and play a game or do whatever else I wanted to do having a nice smooth experience, only having a minor issue with a game or another because of a GPU driver, but nothing that a driver rollback couldn't fix. Now programs want to shovel overlays and other stuff down your throat, specially windows and the 100's of things that I couldn't care less about, you gotta tinker with win10 and other apps a lot to get it to work fine then something gets "Improved" and stuff breaks again. It's quite annoying.

Freesync Monitor for Clean/Smooth Gaming 😛
PS. -> I can easily wait for Vega refresh on my Ne01_PC.Cube
This driver causes a blue screen in Edge when I try to play Netflix. 'Thread stuck in driver' so I can't use this one:(

Installed on previous build of windows driver was working fine, now i'm on spring update build after clean install of OS and everything still works fine. No problem with mouse pointer as many people claim to be present on any of these two builds. Later i will post here fairly extensive in-game comparison of performance between both builds.
Fraps -> Then Output file goes to FLA Calculator 😀 😎 As for Fraps to work -> you need to lauch the game then run Fraps 😱

My friend's HD 7870 works fine on 18.3.1 and Windows 10 1709 (he didn't update to newest windows and drivers yet) Youtube freeze video (audio still playing) when i leave YT tab for a while, then back to watching video. It tooks few seconds to freeze. I need to skip a part or reload site. Firefox 59.0.3, Win10 1803, R9 Fury. Radeon Overlay is visible for every game i played. (Overwatch, CS:GO, Far Cry 3, Business Tour XD)
I have similar problem with YouTube. Suddenly video freeze but audio still working. Never had this issue before. Updated to Win 1803, then DDU 18.4.1... I'm using mozilla.

Disabling hardware acceleration or one of the about:config HW options probably helps but yeah it's been problematic on Firefox on and off for quite some time, fixed in a newer version and then it breaks or fixed in a newer driver and then it breaks and so on. Guessing that's one reason why the upcoming changes to rendering is starting with NVIDIA at first though even this has gotten delay to at least v64 last I checked. (I upgraded to v61b3 earlier today but it's not related to these changes far as I know.) EDIT: Support for web playback of VP9 is also still off by default on FFox I believe whereas it's enabled in Chrome, can be toggled but larger res videos would take a bit of CPU to play back and only newer GPU's and CPU's support hardware acceleration for this. (And Firefox is still working on supporting it fully thus why it defaults to off if I remember it right.)

That's for Radeon Pro products and workstation software. They do not add nothing to to real time rendering or entertainment software development (ie: it's unlikely game developer are gonna use them). Developers my ass, most of those users are digital artists.
Yeah, whatever they are, i bolded developers, before someone go and download them without knowing. Also: 1. Will Raven Ridge’s driver releases (speaking of Windows drivers) ever be integrated or consolidated into the same releases as the main discrete graphics driver branch? 1 - Yes, and you should see this happen this month https://forums.anandtech.com/threads/amd-ama-starts-at-12pm-est-on-wednesday-may-9.2545291/page-3#post-39418338
