To end this off topic but useful option for true gamers and it is related because I repeat that I have 19.5.2 I have installed, All my AMD services with Radeon Settings Lite included are only ~25mb. That's a pure gaming AMD rig. Not a resource hog system for nothing. Not useless features like all AMD's offerings. I do not need anything relive, rec, overlay and especially that bloated adware called radeon game advisor.
I'm getting an error now if I'm trying to install the lite version wtf... 0x803FB005

Clean Windows 1903 install. Installed 1.5.2 and i can't open Radeon Settings, i click and nothing happens.

I did an in-place upgrade to 1903 on my AMD laptop and Radeon settings is working fine for me on this driver. I've never even used DDU in years, except when I was daring enough to install a driver AMD didn't officially support on my laptop.

That started around a month ago I think in Nightly and users started reporting it in Beta 4 which just released (so obviously not on release version) but not seeing in previous betas along with it occurring on Nvidia systems. 1 user claims updating to Windows Release Preview build .145 fixes it. I haven't updated but I think it's fixed (or at least less noticeable) since the first Nightly build on the 25th of May. Either way, I don't think it has anything to do with AMD.
Well now if that is the case then it should indeed be unrelated to the display drivers, was thinking it could have been linked to the render improvements in Firefox also going into enabled for AMD hardware as a default setting but HW acceleration in browsers seem to be going from working to problematic for both AMD and NVIDIA between Firefox and Chrome and I'm guessing the other major parties too so nothing new. But no the memory leakage here is likely unrelated to the drivers from that then, good to know when it cropped up first and that also excludes the 19.5 drivers from having a role in it if it's from April somewhere around a month ago. 🙂

Hah, It must be windows related or something other. Radeon Settings don't work for me on every 19.4 and 19.5 versions. Im gonna check what's going on. Edit: WU installed 17.7.1, Radeon Settings works. Edit2 I noticed every drivers without working Radeon Settings is recognized as %2. From left. 19.3.3, 19.1.1, 19.4.1, 19.5.2, every described as % 2 https://i.imgur.com/TcWGMa4.png Nice one Microsoft.

Try English version instead of Polish one. Then set PL in Settings.... Windows can have non native characters bug. 1903 is a little buggy.... But blazing Fast 😀

Finally got working Radeon Settings. Remove AMD driver AND Intel iGPU driver. Make sure your GPU is uninstalled in device manager, here was still R9 Fury Install latest Intel iGPU driver. Run older AMD Driver installed (i used 19.3.3 but i think it doesn't matter which older) and click on "Optional" driver. It will download "new installer" and voila, Radeon Settings is back again.

0x803FB005 Exactly the same with me, even on PC with AMD HD 7750, even for laptop with RX550 (and integrated R7)

Upgraded to 1903 and 19.5.2 on Friday and no issues so far. There are no lags or stuttering in Radeon Settings for me.

Hi guys. There is an old laptop Lenovo ideapad 110-15ACL AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics + discrete AMD Radeon R5 M430 2gb., RAM 8 Gb, ssd 240 Gb. Until 1903, all driver versions worked fine. After installing 1903, the laptop only works with the old v.21.19.512.0 (21.03.2017) drivers from the Lenovo website. But if I disable a discrete card in BIOS, then I can install any, even the newest driver. When installing any AMD Video driver, Win10 1903 is loading, but a black screen and an empty taskbar. If you install the old driver v.21.19.512.0 (21.03.2017) from the Lenovo website or turn off the discrete card, it works super. What could be the problem? Why do all new drivers work for 1809, but not for 1903? What could be the problem?

The guys nick is "warlord", you were expecting civility? 😀 I'm only going to use full Radeon Settings just so @warlord can pop a blood vessel. Plus performance is still good and acceptable, despite dissenting opinions. At least it isn't NVCP slow. (Game profile page aaarrrggghh!!)

Is it normal for RX580 memory clock to idle at 2000MHz?! This on Windows 1903 and Adrenalin 19.5.2.
