Every driver since 22.5.1 has had a strange issue when typing. The cursor jumps back and forth one space as I type, often blanking out the letter before the one I just typed. It's especially noticeable in Chrome when typing comments, but I've seen it happen in Word, too. Turning off hardware acceleration in Chrome solves the issue. The problem occurs less frequently in this new driver, but it isn't completely alleviated. My system... 5800X, 32 GB, NVMe SSD, RX6600-XT, UHD monitor at 150% scaling... Has anyone else seen this?

Happens to me in chrome only. And its random. 5800x3d, 32GB, 6800xt, 49 inch superwide 144hz
After installing those and checking the eventlog->Windows Protocolls>Applications i get a message from "AMD_ANR_BG_PROC" is "missing" anyone else has that as well? I think it might be related to me having disabled the toast messages but i'm not certain about that. Driver works fine so far tough.
23.2.1 Borderlands 2 game freezes and stutters
23.2.2 Sackboy game freezes on startup logo
22.11.2 seems fine. I'll probably stick to it for a little bit, or even roll further back to 22.8.2 (best driver stability wise amongst all 2022 drivers).
Same as last driver, Eyefinity is broken. You get 1 monitor that works and black screen on the others. 6800XT has had bad drivers for a while now. Random black screens and tearing are driving me nuts.
works fine here PLP full screen gaming not window mode..with bezel correction... check your cables
they should fix the drivers for peeps with a rizen3600 and a 6700xt. Unspoken keeps crashing my pc, It is the game they gave me for free with the gpu..... jeez what a fuckup.

Out of curiosity, have you ever tried performing a clean installation of windows from scratch then doing new chipset driver + new video card driver?

A fresh windows install no, my w10 was installed on March, 2016 and it's been getting updates and performing fine as intended, no bsods, crashes or any other OS related problems. As for the couple problematic drivers, Yes both were clean installs. The problem with borderlands 2 on 23.2.1 is that even after quitting the game, windows becomes slow and laggy requiring a reboot to function normally.

Holy crap..... that is a freaking old install man.
Mine is not that old, but still pretty old...
Windows 10 in general is pretty damn stable not requiring reinstall (unless breaking it with malware)
(Oh, and it went through several hardware changes, basically nothing in the computer is as it was with the original install, except for the SSD it is on)
I hope this install lasts me a few more years, because I won't want to move to Win 11 as long as this computer is still operational.
My laptop "upgraded" to Win 11 and frankly it sucks.
Playing Dead Space Remake (DSR) on main rig with Win11 and my RX 7900 XTX, this new driver seems to work nicely with DSR with one caveat, I have to disable Freesync. Disabling Freesync thus far has allowed to to play 2-3 hours solid without issue. Previously, with Freesync enabled, I'd get intermittent freezes with 'Driver Timeout' or 'Driver has failed to respond' error message.
I guess the AMD driver team still has some spitting and polishing to do with the driver for the RX 7900 series. I can't comment about this driver for my RX 6900 XT though, I have tried much gaming on it....just ripping vids via Handbrake.
