Borderless makes it fairly seamless and then there's multi display setups which I can see would also allow managing multiple programs a bit easier without any alt-tabbing being required.
EDIT:
Reading up on the driver there's a few reports about Polaris and having GPU acceleration enabled in browsers causing black screen crashes though I haven't found anything about Vega or later having that issue.
Reverting to 21.2.1 seemingly solves it.

Will test the polaris and hw accelaration with chrome. Yet, 21.4.1 ware fine.

Yeah, anything 21.3.1 and up there random stutters/framerate drops while 21.2.3 is smooth with no stuttering/framerate drops, i report this to AMD using their bug tool since march.

I don't understand your logic on this.
There are many reasons why you could lose focus. Perhaps you're a multi-monitor user, chances are you are doing more things.... Even in a single monitor switching between tasks is not uncommon... It may be necessary to have the video playing in the background, user may only want a portion of the video playing whilst doing another task on top of it...
One of the main reasons borderless windows are a thing for gaming is to be able to easily task switch as an example and it's much more compatible in multi monitor environments where you need access to the second monitor - your twitch stream and stream deck if you're a streamer is a good example, or perhaps gaming community on discord etc

This really shouldn't be a thing for so long. Had same error when tabbing out of Dota 2 again and again - AMD:CCC-AEMCapturingWindow: RadeonSoftware.exe
Somehow it doesn't always happen...
Outside of that, things seem to be very good now. On 21.4.1 for now - seems may as well wait until June's possible big release.

First time I've had issues with my RX 5700XT since I bought it.
When playing Subnautica: Below Zero, the display freezes, sound continues, and I need to shutdown the computer as nothing is responding.
After the PC restarts, it no longer detects the drivers, nor the Radeon Software.
As always, driver was installed after using DDU in safe mode.
Went back to 20.5.1, problem solved.

I've been using these now. Spent some time watching Yt, twitch with Hw acceleration didnt had any issues. Also played some forza 4, serious sam 4 and 7 days to die, working as it should.

GCN as far back as 7000 series gets 6.6 under the present insider builds, so polaris will get it,
confirmed it with the Dx team, one of which has a 7850 to approximate development on Xbox One.
