You should have learned by now... those numbers doesn't necessarily mean anything. The way AMD handles these version numbers is a bigger a LOL. I don't get it why they expose and even willingly display these numbers if they don't intend to manage them in a sane manner. :3eyes:

I use http://en.savefrom.net/ to watch them properly (without AMD's EVR "enhancements") anyway. :banana:
For those who want to ask, yes they did fix it in 15.9 Beta. It's showing DX 12 now in WDDM 2.0. http://i.imgur.com/qTZIHx4.png
It has been showing DX12 from the beginning on the first tab. Now it shows the correct feature level as well.

Everything here works great, 4K video on YouTube run like poop.
No hardware acceleration.

/edit fixed proper post I was quoting. Well I do have a question on this...12.0 vs 12.1 and 12.2 haha what exactly are Nvidia cards showing...and guessing it dxdiag can show anything they tell it to in the drivers...I looked through the regedit once before looking for this info.

STILL can't stretch/scale fullscreen games like CS:GO running lower than native resolution in win10. Once again this issue is not present in the 15.6 beta drivers but has been present in every driver since win10 was released. PLEASE FIX!

Thanks for the drivers. Here's an API Overhead Comparison. Negligible performance on that front. I'll test if other issues are resolved. Glad we're back to getting a driver every month. Hopefully the updates stay consistent. http://www.3dmark.com/compare/aot/77145/aot/74444

I had similar issues with FireFox (regular Windows 10) so I'm going back to 15.8 until BF Beta is out.

This driver doesn't seem to like certain video functions. For me, MPDN+additional shaders does NOT work with this driver when in full-screen mode. Also, Firefox on certain websites eventually will come up as display driver not responding and then has recovered, but you have to close and reopen it. Just had a BSOD, so went back to the x.x.1301 driver (the one. I've submitted a bug report, but I suggest if anyone else has these or other issues to report it via the AMD reporting page: http://www.amd.com/report Note that I'm on Insider Preview 10547, so Windows 10 RTM might be different.
MadVR + MPC-HC is utterly broken, just freezes after 20 seconds of playback for me. Do you also have this issue? I've had it since 15.7 and Windows 10 release. All of the W10 driver branch basically. MPDN works for me, but if I pause a video then it fills up my VRAM slowly and then crashes with an out of memory error.

Confirmed. Resizing any window will fill up Vram in seconds. What a nasty bug, going back to 15.8.

You have an issue that is not related to this driver. Can't reproduce this no matter which and how many windows I try to resize including using game windows. See next post maybe it has something to do with it.
